Karla Rodríguez is the Marketing Coordinator for Specialized Property Management. With over 7 years of experience in marketing, Ms. Rodríguez is primarily responsible for coordinating general office and marketing projects of the company, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media, ensuring they are all managed efficiently.

Before joining the company, Ms. Rodríguez has worked as a Marketing Strategist, and as an SEO Migration Specialist. Her professional background also includes over 5 years in the education industry, working in the State University of Sonora as a Consumer Behavior Professor, and in the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education with different roles over the years, including the Business Incubator Center Coordinator, the Graduate Programs Advisor, and as a Marketing Professor.

Ms. Rodríguez received her Bachelor’s in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Sonora, she holds a Master in Quality Management from the State University of Sonora, and an M.B.A. from Universidad TecMilenio.

An animal lover at heart, Ms. Rodríguez likes to provide care and shelter when possible to lost, abandoned, and neglected companion animals and find them a permanent loving home. In her spare time, she loves to practice her painting skills, travel, play video games, and spend time with her dogs and family.
